For customers who received an extra ipaddress for the networkadapter in the server, please follow
the next steps to enable traffic for this ipaddress:
-> Start -> Control Panel -> View Network Status and Tasks
-> Click on 'local area connection' -> Properties -> Highlight 'Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4)'
-> Click on 'properties' -> 'Advanced' -> And then 'add' in the 'ip addresses' box. Enter here the extra ipaddress.
In most cases the 'subnet mask' is 255.255.255.0 -> Click on 'add' -> 'ok' -> 'ok' -> 'ok' -> 'close'.
The extra ipaddress is now activated.
